The Kingdom of God!

Chapter 107

I pray that you learned something from last weeks lesson! We are brothers and sister of the most high God and were baptized into the spiritual Body of Christ by the Holy Spirit Himself! So, today we can show the love of God that has been deposited within us by loving one another! Jesus said in John 15:12,

"This is my commandment, That you love one another, as I have loved you!"

We are the children of God and we have been equipped to do spiritual warfare in this world and to put Satan under our feet. We have that authority by faith in the Word of God. Believing is one thing but faith is believing in actions! I think you would agree with me that the devils believe and tremble at the word of the Lord. Paul made a very powerful statement in Eph. 6:10-18,

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace!

Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints."

It is one thing to cry out to our Father to do something to turn our great nation around but what are you doing by faith to carry out His Word? Are you involved in this spiritual warfare! What are you declaring with your mouth? Are you declaring the Word of God by faith and standing up against the evil that is trying to overtake our nation!

Have you sought the Lord on what He wants you to do as His ambassadors here on this earth. Paul said in 2nd Cor. 5:20-21,

""Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. For he has made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."

It is no coincidence that you were born at this time. The Father has work for you to do as His representatives in this time of evil! This doesn't mean that you were called to be in the five-fold ministry. Apostles, prophets, teachers, pastors, and evangelist. Paul said in 1 Cor. 12:27-30,

"Now you are the body of Christ, and members in particular. And God has set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles? Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?"

You may not have any of these gifts, however, Paul spoke of other gifts in the body of Christ in Rom. 12:5-17,

"So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another. Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teaches, on teaching; Or he that exhorts, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that rules, with diligence; he that shows mercy, with cheerfulness. Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honor preferring one another; Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality. Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not. Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits"

So, there is something all of us can do in the Body of Christ. What of the above talents are you most comfortable in doing? God did not call all of us to be Apostles, Prophets, Teachers etc., but there is a need for all of the other gifts in Christ. When you find out what the Lord has called you to do, do it will all diligence!

I was around 19 years old when I realized the Lord wanted me to be a teacher so I began to study what the word said about the doctrines that I was brought up under. I made a resolute decision to seek the truth and share what I learn with others. I soon learned that many of them were not really backed up by scripture or was a misinterpretation of scripture!

In my search for the truth the Lord led me through many doors that opened new truths to me. Jesus said in Matt. 7:7-8, (NIV)

"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened."

This is a great truth and it is a demonstration of your belief, which is faith. If you say, "Well, I have faith in what Jesus said!" Belief and faith are two different things. If you are walking in faith you will be doing something. James said in James 2:17-22, (NIV)

"In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.

But someone will say, "You have faith; I have deeds." Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds. You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that, and shudder. You foolish person, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless ? Was not our father Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? "You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did."

I never in my life thought that I would go to South Africa and to Europe and yet the Lord led me there because I was obedient to the Holy Spirit. He opened the doors for me to preach in many churches that I had never been in. He led me to meet some of the greatest ministers in the Body of Christ and many of them spoke at my church. He led me to become involved with the Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship and I enjoyed years of seeing Him move during the Jesus movement.

All this happened because I was willing to be led by His Spirit. If you dare give your life to the Lord, He will open doors for you to walk through! He has plans for each of our lives. Just be willing to do what He asks you to do and be willing to be His servant. One of the things that Jesus instructed me to do is to serve others and He would direct my footsteps, which He has!

I want you to know that we are being victorious in our quest to return this great nation, that we have had the privilege of living our lives in, back to a God fearing nation! I know that it looks dark out there but that is when the Lord moves. I could share with you what the Lord is revealing through His prophets, however, you have the Holy Spirit living in you and He will bear witness to you that the Lord is in control and nothing happens unless He allows it to!

Satan and all of his demons are trying to take control of the nations of the world in order to establish a one world government where he is in control. He offered all the nations of the world to Jesus in Matt. 4:8-10, (NIV)

"Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. "All this I will give you, he said, if you will bow down and worship me. Jesus said to him, "Away from me, Satan! For it is written: "Worship the Lord your God and serve him only."

He is being successful offering many of the nations of the world to those who will serve him and many of the leaders of those nations, because of their lusts for power, have accepted his offer and are worshiping him. Unfortunately, there are now many in our own government who have accepted his offer and have bowed down to him.

However, the one thing that they are unaware of is that there is no power in of the universe that is even close to the power of our God and Father. This will be their downfall and is beginning to happen all over the world. Our God and Father is the one that is in control and along with Israel this great nation of ours is loved by our Father and we are about to experience a move of God greater than the red sea parting in Moses day!

So, continue to declare the Word of God and don't forget to express to the Lord, "Thy will be done on earth as it is done in heaven, especially in our great nation!
